Description of Service

To ensure the knowledge and awareness of health and safety issues are sustained among
management and staff, BARIC’s Physical Security Assessment will strengthen your
companies’ capability to better understand and mitigate potential environmental concerns for
employees, clients, contractors, and visitors. By working with your Facility Team, BARIC’s
Consultants will:

o Review general Facility information (size, functionality, tenants, etc.)
o Conduct an overview of existing policies, procedures and practices
o Review general facility security concepts
o Analyze Environmental / External Risks
o Review Physical Security including:
o Facility & Parking
o Offices & Cafeteria
o Shipping & Receiving
o Executive Security & Custodial Service
o Review support services (Backup Power, Telecommunications, HVAC)

The Physical Security Assessment will provide your company with several key deliverables
that are essential in a healthy security program including:

o Procedure / SOP Review
o A Gap Analysis to define exposures and define potential risks
o A PowerPoint report/presentation addressing findings, observations and recommendations
o A hi-level timeline to implement recommendations
