4-6 Week Engagement for Medium Sized Businesses

Every company, large or small, should have a Business Continuity Program (BCP) in place to
provide guidance and assistance during an unanticipated business interruption.

Our proprietary methodology provides a three-phased approach to developing a customized
BCP for organizations with organizational, staffing and robust IT requirements.

Phase 1 - ASSESSMENT

Identify critical business functions and supporting requirements (IT and non-IT)
o Establish Recovery Time and Recovery Point Objectives
o Obtain management validation and approval

Phase 2 - DEVELOPMENT

o
Validate what resources are necessary at time of disaster
o Evaluate options and potential recovery strategies
o Creation of recovery tasks and procedures
o Creation of critical vendor, customer and employee information lists
o Establish framework for ongoing maintenance

Phase 3 - MANAGEMENT

o
Establish primary and secondary testing objectives
o Conduct table-top simulation of disaster scenario to validate the created recovery tasks
o Develop maintenance schedules and objectives
o Workshops are conducted at client location for clients with less than 500 employees
