About Us

BARIC Continuity Services, Inc. was founded in 2007 to provide our clients and business partners
with unparalleled professional services relating to IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Planning; Incident Management and Pandemic Planning; Table-top, Mock and Alternate Site
Testing Services; Plan Maintenance and Training Services; and, At Time Of Disaster (ATOD)
on-site support.

BARIC staff consists of a network of certified professionals throughout North America. All
professionals have at least 10 and in many cases over 25 years of experience in analyzing, planning,
exercising and testing as well as executing recovery plans ATOD.

Using industry-leading methodologies that conform to certified Best Practices, BARIC performs
hi-level and detailed analysis to determine the potential impacts of an outage; define, identify and
qualify resource requirements to ensure customers understand their needs ATOD; document and
customize detailed recovery procedures for ATOD recovery; create interactive exercise scenarios to
validate written procedures and supporting documentation; and, develop customized on-going
maintenance steps to ensure the recovery procedures are in a constant state of readiness.

Our staff has extensive experience in both the private and public domains. We have assisted
customers in several industries including financial, banking, insurance, transportation, education,
manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, food services, media, technology as well as governments at
the federal, regional and municipal level.

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to support clients during many varying events
including the 1997 Ice Storms in the North East, September 11, 2001, the August 2003 Power Outage
in the North East and, Hurricane Katrina. During these events, our staff had the opportunity to
provide hands-on support and, thanks to our ATOD experience and expertise, provide guidance and
lessons learned to our impacted customers.

BARIC has experience working with all size companies. Our client base consists of companies with
as few as 20 employees up to organizations that have in excess of 10,000 staff. Because of this
extensive and vast experience, we are able to customize our proprietary deliverables to your
