Being prepared and having a sound strategy, will significantly affect the viability of an
organization during and after a pandemic!

The current H1N1 pandemic is going to be with us in waves over the next eight to nine
years. Every company, large or small, should have a sound, tested Strategy and Plan in place
to provide guidance and continuity during a Pandemic situation. Our proprietary
methodology provides a three-phased approach to developing a Pandemic Plan for any size
organization:

Phase 1 - ASSESSMENT
o Identify critical business functions and resource support requirements (People & IT)
o Confirm required levels of service
o Review existing environment and level of physical preparation
o Validate extent of cross training and alternate resourcing opportunities

Phase 2 - DEVELOPMENT
o Prepare notification procedures
o Prepare screening and isolation procedures
o Address health maintenance issues
o Document service sources for additional staff and support organization

Phase 3 – IMPLEMENTATION and TRAINING
o Implement procedures and awareness training
o Implement screening programs
o Develop on-going maintenance objectives and schedules

Pricing is based upon company size and number of locations. Services are conducted onsite
at client location over a 6 – 8 week time frame.
