Recovery industry. During this time, he has held a number of senior and executive positions
within operational and direct customer support organizations.
With the experience of providing services to several Fortune 500 companies in widely diverging
industries, Martin has gained firsthand experience in the successful development and execution
of business continuity plans. Through direct exposure and participation in customers' testing
programs, he understands the staffing difficulties and technical challenges of focusing a team on
activities that are extra-curricular to their daily job.

Alan has over 25 years of Information Technology, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
(BC/DR), Risk Analysis, Pandemic Planning and Business Management experience and has held
various management and technical positions during his career. The breadth and depth of his
experience has involved the analysis, development and implementation of new products,
procedures, recovery plans and business systems, risk analysis and business partnership
development and management. Alan possesses a broad business background combined with
extensive experience within information technology that can be leveraged to evaluate and
engineer viable, cost-effective BC/DR and IT operational solutions.

Terry has over 25 years of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Information Technology and
Business Management experience. During this time, he has held several senior and executive
management positions. His career started in the banking industry and then moved into Business
Continuity with the premier North American Recovery Company, where he was heavily involved
with Mobile Recovery. His experience in Sales and Marketing give him the specific skills needed
to assist clients in market driven organizations with their Business Continuity needs.
